For the music lovers, a reminder of the upcoming Bellingen Music Festival on the June long weekend, 8-10th. Apart from a wonderful and varied programme of entertainment there is also a workshop for singers.
The Song Company will run a two-hour workshop for singers on Saturday morning, 9th June at 10am, exploring the secrets of their amazing harmonies. Don't miss this opportunity to sing with one of Australia's finest ensembles, recognised worldwide for their unique stylistic versatility. They can also be bought over the counter from Roots Records, Hyde St, Bellingen, phone 02 6655 2159. Bookings may be made by choirs or by individuals. Choirs are welcome to make group bookings in a single transaction by indicating the number of tickets required when making the booking.
Camp Creative is the auspicing body for the festival which promises to be another terrific weekend of music from accomplished performers. So plan to be there for all, or at the very least, one of the five main concerts.
